Rules of the Event

  • The Event is free and Open to the Public!

  • Our Beer Garden is 21+ and To enter you will need to show ID. Drink responsibly is encouraged. 

  • This event is family friendly, although music may be loud near speakers.

  • This venue is ADA accessible. 

  • The 3 Compartment Sinks are for Vendors use only.

  • Pets are NOT allowed within 20 feet of open food vendors due to state law. Service animals are welcome.

  • The entire park is smoke free. No vaping.

  • Most vendors accept cash, card or Venmo.

  • Prohibited items: weapons, confetti, glitter, smoking devices, cigarettes, cigars, alcohol, glass, artificial flower petals, bird seed, or uncooked rice. View additional park rules here. Additionally, please do not bring any outside food or animal products and byproducts to this event.

  • No soliciting or signature gathering will be allowed at this event.

By attending this event, you consent to be photographed, filmed and/or otherwise recorded for video content. This agreement includes any minors and children in your care. Your entry constitutes your consent to such photography, filming and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media, for any purpose by Mc Farmer Inc DBA Devoted To Youth Foundation and Summer Culture Fest SD. Photos may be used for promotional material by DBA Devoted To Youth Foundation and Summer Culture Fest SD. If you do not wish to be on photographed or on film, please avoid cameras in this area.


  • Carpooling, ride-sharing, bike riding and public transportation are encouraged.

  • BIKING: There are bike racks located one to two blocks from the venue, marked on this bike rack map.

  • TROLLEY: There is an MTS trolley stop accessible via Green and Blue line with the nearest stop one block from the park at the County Center/Little Italy stop.

  • TRAIN: There is a Pacific Surfliner train stop two blocks away at the Downtown San Diego Amtrak Station (1050 Kettner Blvd).

  • BUS: There is a bus stop at N Harbor Drive and Broadway, right next to the event.

  • PARKING in the surrounding area is metered. There is a paid parking structure at Kettner and Cedar that is $5 per hour or $15 for the full day. There is metered parking along Harbor Drive. For more parking options, view this parking map.
